All problems, no solutions.

For those of you offering problems without offering solutions, here is a framework for a structured solution: While the problem is not solved, do these 1. Precisely identify the issue. 2. Research and identify the proximate cause. 3. Categorize both the physical and financial consequences as low, moderate, high, or extreme. 4. Classify the need to solve the problem as critical, advisable, or desirable. 5. Wisely, act to reduce the cause. 6. Periodically evaluate the results from the selected actions.

Be all in, not just inhalfway.
