I have been voting for over fifty years, and I have never seen a Congress like we have in 2023. It seems as if everyone has a “my way or no way” attitude. Congress has become a do-nothing waste of our money organization. They willy-nilly spend our tax dollars and get nothing done. If we approached our jobs as they have approached their jobs, we would quickly be dismissed and sent packing. Once upon a time, our “leaders” worked on our problems, not just on their bank accounts and pet projects until a reasonable compromise was reached. Then our nation was better able to move forward. Today we have constant bickering and extraordinarily little progress. Please turn your brains on and talk about the issues important to our future and get something done for your constituents. We elected you to work for us, not for yourselves. Voters, please stop re-electing do-nothing representatives.
