Most online systems have moved to using Chatbots instead of human support. Unfortunately, many support items are incorrect or confusing. Especially annoying, Microsoft has no human support. It seems one of the largest information companies should have a level of human support. Several other Chatbots provide outdated or confusing information. We, the users who are purchasing products or services, should be treated with respect.
